Q is the flow rate, unit is L/min. V is the oil flow rate in the pipeline, unit is m/s.

Flow rate recommended value:
oil suction pipeline: 0.5~1.5; pressure pipeline: 3~10; return pipeline: 1.5~2.5

Pump input power:
P = (p * q * n)/ 54000 (Kw)

Where:
p is the working pressure, in MPa.

q is the theoretical displacement, in mL/r.

n is the working speed, in r/min.

Pump output flow:
Q=(q*n*ηv)/1000(L/min)

Where:
q is the displacement, in ml/r.

n is the operating speed, in r/min.

ηv is the volumetric efficiency of the pump, generally 0.88~0.95.

Output torque:
M=(pXqXηm)/2π (N.m)

Where:
P is the motor working pressure, in Mpa.

q is the motor theoretical displacement, in ml/r.

ηm is the mechanical efficiency, generally 0.80~0.85.
